Business Manager (GWS BA)

Qualification:

Responsibility:

• Good/Fair knowledge in Manhattan WMS functionalities.

• Experience in both waterfall and agile model.

• 5+ years of experience in providing strategic business analysis to business partners for mid-size to large projects – focused around Warehouse Management systems.

• Experience working in waterfall and agile model.

• Experience with competing WMS systems – Manhattan or similar systems is preferable.

• Participate, analyze and understand business requirements and functional requirements gathering.

• Review existing operating methods as well as understand evolving business needs.

• Ensure technical specifications meet business requirements.

• Create and maintain projects in Kneat.

• Create and update PBIs.

• Co-ordinate release schedule.

• Create and maintain Functional and User Requirement Specifications.

• Weekly status reports, weekly status meetings, daily stand-up calls etc.

• Participates in defining and developing functional specifications to meet systems’ requirements.

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Strong collaboration skills

• Ability to work well under time constraints

• Ability to multitask

• Onsite – Offshore Team management/co-ordination

• Strong planning, co-ordination and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience working in Healthcare compliance is preferable.

Mostly normal EST hours but candidate must be flexible and willing to support different GEOs based on project needs
