JD - SAP DMS

• Candidate should have done 2 to 3 end to end implementation Projects and 1 or 2 support Projects preferable in Engineering or packaging manufacturing industry.
• Expert knowledge in document management applications based on SAP Folder management. Ability to customize/review corresponding configuration
• Experience in SAP Document Management (SAP DMS). Capable to configure application. Good understanding of SAP Workflow processes and capabilities.
• Experience in the SAP sided storage configuration (ArchiveLink, KPRO). Familiar with Print and Scan processes.
• Basic knowledge in SAP modules PP ,MM, PM, PS and QM. Preferred Knowledge of SAP DMS integration with SAP PLM
• Exposure or Knowledge of Data Migration related to SAP DMS
• Should have basic understanding of SAP authorization object . He should be able to map authorization matrix
• Basic understanding of Servers on Windows OS, Network and Firewalls.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills . Strong written and oral communication skills .
• This will be done by leveraging technical skills provided by external partners. We require an excellent knowledge of the SAP Document management module combined with a good understanding of archiving, print and scan processes and tools as well as experience in the underlying ERP systems particularly in the MM SD PP QM PM and PS module. Thus he/she should be in the position to consult business partners to find suitable and sustainable solutions meeting customer demands.
