We are curious minds who come together as collaborative and inclusive teams to push boundaries, free to be ourselves and make our mark in tech.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The person will be responsible for HR Operation activities and perform the role within the scope mentioned below: </span></p> <p><strong>You’ll spend time on the following:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p> <p> </p> <ol> <li><strong>Vendor Management</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: </span></li> </ol> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Liaising & evaluating different vendors for various benefits. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Invoice management in Coupa/related internal tools </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Coordinating with vendor and Thoughtworks India (TWI) legal team and internal stakeholders to close the NDA, Infosec sign offs (where applicable) and agreements. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Coordinating vendor renewal processes at different points in time across the year. </span></li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong> Benefits Administration/Operations: </strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Will be responsible for coordinating on various employee benefits like Insurance, Comp Benefits administration etc. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Periodic sharing of relevant data with the vendors. Maintain & upkeep of various trackers </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Handle employee queries relating to Benefits and policies through Zendesk </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Prepare the yearly events calendar on wellness and assist PeopleSupport Lead in conducting wellness and engagement initiatives across TWI offices. </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>III. Compensation Operations: </strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Closely work with the team for Comp/grade change upload and validation on Workday </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Pair with the relevant stakeholders in preparing the yearly calendar for the C&B activities / processes </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Document management pertaining to letters in Workday, initiating Docusign etc. </span></li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong> Employee Life Cycle</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: Will be responsible for executing the entire employee life cycle from hire to retire/exit. This would include the following: </span></li> </ol> <p><strong>Workday Hiring & On-boarding Operations</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: The incumbent will be responsible for the New Hire entries in Workday and assist in the system onboarding activities. </span></p> <p><strong>HR Documentation</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: Be accountable for any sort of documentation pertaining to employees and non employees (on-boarding/letters), benefits, Labor compliance, vendor management etc. Responsible for preparing any letter/document as requested by employees in company formats/templates. </span></p> <p><strong>Exit Process: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Managing exit process for employees as well as non-employees in Workday. Assisting in managing exit clearances. Ensuring updation of all systems and tracker. </span></p> <p><strong>Here’s what we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Should have good communication skills. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5 - 6 yrs of experience in managing HR Operations. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Should possess high level of integrity considering the kind of data and documents he/she will be handling </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Should be well versed with MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets. Knowledge of Workday will be an added advantage. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Should be conversant with data management and have an eye for detail </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Should be able to multi task & manage various stakeholders across functions </span></li> </ul>
