Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience working within a scaled environment (i.e., human resource operations or people operations)
  • Experience in a customer or client-facing role working with human resources (HR) operations
  • Experience in HR focusing on compensation delivery

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience manipulating and gleaning insights using large data sets with various scripting languages (i.e. SQL)
  • Experience leading projects with project management capability and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to have an excellent operational mindset to deliver services well
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills

The User Support team supports the Human Resource (HR) Operations organization, delivering exceptional experiences to our users. This team runs global operations and builds a framework to manage user queries and processes to an excellent standard. The User Support function relies on metrics and insights to drive thoughtful workforce planning, make recommendations for program improvements, and deliver consistent and reliable support around the globe.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $85,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational excellence, in line with assigned service goals, identifying opportunities to improve, and scale in order to elevate operations to an excellent standard across our hiring support team.
  • Resolve and prioritize user issues through consultation with vendors and deep collaboration with partner support.
  • Implement and execute on service delivery improvements and new process/scope changes, including extended workforce activities.
  • Act as the representative of the user, surfacing relevant user feedback to Partner Support, and collaborate on initiatives to address user needs (e.g., consulting on content, process, and policy improvements).
  • Develop expertise in the systems working with HR Operations service areas, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
