Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of customer-facing experience, working with executives and managing customer programs.
  • Experience with online media buying strategies and platforms.
  • Experience working in a team setting, both internally and externally.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, and defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
  • Experience driving digital transformation using cloud-based solutions (IaaS/PaaS), and managing initiatives across engineering, sales, support, and services.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based advanced analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with online media buying strategies and platforms.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will act as a trusted advisor for Big Box Retail Google Marketing Platform (GMP) customers by enabling them to leverage our products in order to achieve their business objectives. You’ll partner with customers to develop and execute successful strategies to meet their business objectives. You will work with customers to remove organizational and technical barriers and identify solutions to help them expand their use of our products.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Work with partners and agencies to deliver advanced solutions and use cases to customers, driving positive business outcomes.
  • Lead project management for the implementation of our Google Marketing Platform (GMP) products (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, and Google Analytics).
  • Drive increased advertising investment on Google media platforms through enhanced measurement and audience insights from GMP.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of our GMP and related products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners and teams (e.g., Technical Professional Services and Large Customer Sales Media).
