Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in advertising sales, business development, marketing, consulting, start-ups, or media fields.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience strategically growing and maintaining complex, high-value managed accounts through a consultative approach.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Team player with excellent decision-making, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Ability to speak and write in Cantonese or Mandarin fluently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage account team to deliver on customers' advertising strategy and goals.
• Identify and build sustainable and strategic relationships with clients and Industry Partners (including C-Level).
• Act as the key liaison to drive strategy/execution in Hong Kong and across the region for our largest Insurance accounts.
• Co-Create Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customer accounts and internal specialists to deliver strategic goals.
• Develop industry relations and expertise to drive digital transformation and digital maturity.
