Job Description

• In Digital Marketing, we set the course to be able to offer our customers worldwide a good user experience in the various digital marketing channels. You will gain an insight into the diverse activities of the marketing community at Bosch Rexroth and actively work on the topic of marketing automation.
• Be part of the Global Marketing department and the Marketing Automation team.
• You will work with us on the worldwide roll-out of our Marketing Automation and Lead Management Tool Hubspot.
• Furthermore, you will discover new functionalities and features of HubSpot and evaluate potential usage for Bosch Rexroth.
• You will also support our key-users in Business Units and Country Units in doing their daily Hubspot tasks including documentation and training support.
• Besides, you will ensure and improve data quality.
• Not least, your job also includes the communication and steering of external service providers.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of marketing, business administration, media management, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable
• Personality: organized, good at planning and challenged by complex processes and data management
• Working Practice: able to work independently when required, to move projects or activities forward
• Experience and Know-how: with digital tools and ideally some Hubspot knowledge
• Enthusiasm: enjoy working in an international team and with digital tools
• Languages: fluent in German and English

• an attractive remuneration of at least 1,164 € per month
• a 35-hour week with flexible working hours - sometimes even from home
