Solutions Engineering works alongside the Sales team to discover a customer's business challenges and creates a unique solution to present back to their decision makers, illustrating value and benefits via an engaging story.

The Solutions Consultant works with and assists the sales team throughout the client lifecycle. This includes driving new sales volume and renewals from the existing client portfolio. Our clients are the largest and most complex in the industry.

The Solutions Consulant utilizes a unique blend of technical knowledge and sales skills to ensure a successful partnership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

•BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience•3-4 years of B2B experience as a Sales Engineer specifically working with large complex corporations and projects

•Excellent communication and presentation skill with the ability to communicate at the executive level

•Aptitude for web technologies, CRM and sales enablement tools•Proficiency in API and third-party integrations

•Demonstrate the ability to negotiate with Executives•Demonstrated career stability and sales achievement in previous position

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Complete technical presales with key prospects including demos and consultations

•Establish credibility and build relationships with key stakeholders

•Work with internal and external teams to ensure a successful onboarding and rollout process while managing the entire project timeline

•Identify and document key customer requirements, challenges, and potential opportunities and articulate the most appropriate solution

•Experience in appropriate core vertical (Fitness, Beauty and Wellness, Integrated Health, etc.)

•Partner with sales team to help close business

•Drive the discovery process, helping to uncover customer’s business objectives and current pains

•Act as a liaison between Product and Sales, sharing customer feedback to help craft the product roadmap•All other duties as assigned
