The role

As Office Manager at HelloFresh you will become part of our international Office Management team. You’ll be able to take over responsibility from day one in exciting projects as well as getting deep insights into the behind-the-scenes of our daily operations. Your work will have an immediate impact on how we experience work at HelloFresh.

What you’ll do

• Serve our colleagues and external partners as their first point of contact in the office.
• Create the best work experience for employees to strive in, including our onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Coordinate external service providers such as catering providers, cleaning staff, security services, craftsmen, industrial technicians, occupational safety officers, etc.
• Motivate our employees to go above and beyond by creating the best work atmosphere by organizing employee engagement activities, events, competitions and parties.
• Improve our day to day experience by analyzing Workplace data

What you’ll bring

• You have experience as an Office Manager or in a comparable role
• You have experience working in fast-growing companies, ideally start-ups
• Words like onboarding, new joiners and OKR are familiar to you
• You question the status quo, see challenges as opportunities rather than problems and positively encourage others to find creative problem solving solutions
• You convince with your excellent social skills and a high level of service orientation
• You have the standing to appear in front of external partners and employees of different seniority levels
• Your are fluent in English and German
