• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Client service or account management experience.
• Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of Shopping Ads formats and features, optimization levers, structuring best practices, etc.
• Knowledge of the Retail market.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in uncertain environments with limited resources.
• Influential approach and ability to comprehend and align needs from different stakeholders
• Ability to speak and write in Spanish.

Google Shopping Solutions is Google’s Comparison Shopping Service (CSS). CSS allows merchants to advertise in the shopping carousel to consumers who are searching for their products. This team helps Google Shopping’s merchants achieve the best results from their advertising. As a Shopping Account Manager, you will craft unique recommendations and solutions for Google Shopping merchants using your deep understanding of the market, industry, and Shopping Ads product.

Your influencing and relationship building skills will provide excellent customer service at the decision maker level within French retailers. Making the most of the opportunity within your portfolio of merchants will be vital, and excellent quarterly planning and execution will be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work with advertisers across dedicated market to assist with their shopping campaigns.
• Help advertisers grow their return on investment and investment in Shopping Ads.
• Develop and maintain 1:1 relationships with merchants and team members to understand their priorities and manage expectations.
• Lead strategic discussions with the merchants’ key decision makers to design and implement plans for Shopping optimization and growth.
• Develop a deep knowledge of Shopping Ads and Merchant Center product suite.
