Position Title: Team Lead _ Shipping Reports to: Michael Gainer Location: Shipipng Dept. , Newell Fontana CA Job Summary: Team Lead builds a team of drivers and labelers that can efficiently and safety meeting the shipping expectations of each shift. Job Duties: Will work directly with departmental supervisor Will provide work assignments and instructions to members of team Must be able to lead team members to complete assigned tasks Must be able to delegate work to team members Conduct Start Up meetings, Team meetings, take roll call Run and manage Battle Plan in PKMS Field questions for drivers and labelers Required to perform all phases of job duties as established by management May perform other duties as directed by supervision Required to follow and uphold all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as needed
