JOB OPPORTUNITY – STREAMING COORDINATOR

(12 MONTH CONTRACT)

Closing Date: November 16, 2021

The UMC team is currently working remotely with plans to go back into the office in early 2022. You must be able to thrive working in a virtual/remote environment.

We are currently searching for an Streaming Coordinator! If you fit this profile (or you know someone who does), this may be a good opportunity to consider!

Reporting to the Director of Streaming, you’d be assisting the Streaming team in executing all aspects of the department’s day to day initiatives. The ideal candidate is well-organized, forward thinking, and a multi-tasker who possesses a curiosity to learn about all aspects of streaming platforms. In addition to being organized and resourceful, a strong knowledge of popular music and current marketing trends would be a definite asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting team in executing the department’s day to day initiatives.
  • Generating, maintaining and communicating key planning documents and schedules
  • Managing deliverables to key accounts and campaign partners
  • Coordinating creation and delivery of assets with creative team
  • Participating in brainstorms around artist projects & campaigns and sharing your outside the box ideas
  • Contributing to a positive, dynamic work environment
  • Manage a complex calendar and schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support
  • High knowledge and experience with streaming platforms an asset
  • Exceptional communication, organizational & priority setting skills
  • Ability to problem solve & react in time-sensitive situations
  • Highly efficient, solution oriented individual
  • Knowledge and passion for music
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an asset
  • Eye for detail, thoroughness and accuracy.
