Sr. Director of Solution Engineering

Job Description

Equifax is looking for a Sr. Director of Solution Engineering who will lead and direct tasks, resources, and overall project plans for enterprise software implementations with large vertical clients. This individual is responsible for leading the planning, design, development, quality assurance, configuration assistance, application training, problem resolution and second level support to new and existing external clients. The Sr. Director is tasked with the delivery aspects of external client management, in conjunction with the sales team and internal management. Excellent communication skills are needed in order to maintain individual working relationships with customer personnel at both the leadership and working levels.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and direct tasks, resources, and overall project plans for enterprise software implementations with large vertical clients using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Responsible for leading the planning, design, development, quality assurance, configuration assistance, application training, problem resolution and second level support to new and existing external clients
• Lead delivery aspects of external client management, in conjunction with the sales team and internal management – conducts regular communications and maintains individual working relationships with customer personnel at both the leadership and working levels
• Serves as the primary driver of the client relationship and project implementation communications
• Identify, recruit, develop and manage professional level resources focused on IT solutions deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience working within a cloud environment
• At least 2+ years of experience working within an agile environment
• At least 3-5 years of experience managing solution engineering teams
• 10-15 years of experience working with technology and designing solutions

Extra Points for any of the Following

• Master’s degree preferred
• AWS or GCP Certifications are a plus
