Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 5 years of Teamcenter experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Designing/Architecture of PLM/Teamcenter Solutions for Client/Server and integration with third-party applications.
• Experience automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps and continuous integration/delivery.
• Experience with customization in layers like Teamcenter server, AWC, Rich/Thin client, NX integrations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of RDBMS/Oracle, AppServer/Weblogic, Serverless/App Engine, NoSQL
• Understanding of installation, configuration and patching of Teamcenter server and client components, data model (BMIDE) updates and additional integrations.
• Analytical and logical mind-set with attention to details.
• Strong leadership skills, adept at navigating ambiguity, nurturing creativity, and driving operational processes and disciplines.
• Good people skills and dedicated to deliver customer service with good communication.

About the job

As a Solutions Consultant you will help refine and grow the capabilities of current systems, driving continuous improvement to meet our engineering needs. You will be responsible for design, develop and sustain New Product Introduction (NPI) and Supply chain related application systems.

In this role, you will also promote best practices and internal business processes. You will be responsive and able to adapt quickly to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. You will work in a data driven environment, have a desire to drive change, and are excited by the opportunity to analyze systematic issues and implement solutions to challenging problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration, installation, maintenance, and support of Siemens Teamcenter PLM software including Teamcenter Multi-Computer Aid Design (CAD), NX Model Management and integrations.
• Development and customization of Teamcenter with client-server architecture in 4-tier environments in various layers.
• Develop applications using Google Cloud services and managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
• Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Designing and developing Application architectural patterns, Microservices, Event-driven framework etc. Write and review technical documents including design, development, and collaborative code reviews.
