The Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant is an innovative, intellectually curious, hands-on team member who strives to deliver exceptional support and management of recruiting related systems and processes. S/he will liaison between the Talent Acquisition team and our HRIS partners to ensure our ATS and additional integrated tools are working in a manner that are both compliant and efficient to appropriately support the day-to-day activities of our Hiring Managers, Recruiters and Coordinators. S/he is the central point of contact for providing planning/project coordination to support ongoing process improvement activities while ensuring data integrity, legal and regulatory compliance. In addition, the development of documentation of best practices/processes, audit/analysis support and report monitoring, development, and delivery, will be a focal point.

The individual we are looking to add to the team will need to:

  • Act as subject matter expert providing functional and technical guidance to the team with experience using/configuring ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo and/or Jobvite
  • Demonstrate knowledge of employment and HR practices and legal consequences
  • Provide support by researching and resolving complex issues, which includes reviewing and testing process flaws alongside HRIS, and developing complex reports to support business needs.
  • Demonstrate proficient leadership, consultative and negotiation skills.
  • Have excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Be detail oriented with the ability to work on a team and individually.
  • Have strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience and deep understanding of ATS functionality; ideally Workday.
  • Experience documenting processes and the use of Sharepoint to maintain a team information center.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization, mindful of the culture and diversity of the audience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Understands the importance of employment law and compliance, especially how they relate to prospective candidates and the hiring process.
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Team player mindset, actively take initiative and have a strong work ethic; be a lead where necessary.
  • Demonstrated use of analytical skills – both using tools (ex. Excel, Business Objects, etc.) and problem solving/critical thinking skills.
