As the Senior Program Manager for Business Operations, you will work as part the customer Success Platform business operations team. In this role you will be owning key elements of business operations, where you will be responsible for driving strategic key programs for PayPal.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to bring in discipline and execution focus to the customer success organization priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, operational cadences etc.
- You will be responsible for working closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and external vendors to help execute the organization priorities
- You will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration at various levels within the organization
- You will be responsible to work with research/consultancy firms to bring in best processes from across industry in managing our product portfolio.
- You will be responsible for building business cases for organization improvements that create impact and present them to respective stakeholders
- You will be supporting the Business operations leader on numerous long term & short-term initiatives by providing business acumen and programmatic approaches.

Experience & Qualification
- 7+ year experience in at least one or more areas — Strategy, Operations, Program Management and Project management.
- Demonstrated execution excellence in driving large scale programs/ projects that have multiple dependencies
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing exec level proposals and presentations.
- Professional experience in program and project management.
- Engagement expertise, and passion for delighting employees & internal stake holder, advocating on their behalf, creating great employee experiences.
- Influence without authority: Experience navigating large cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo by proposing innovative approaches.
- Experience participating in transformations programs and bringing employees and stakeholders on the same page.
- Critical thinking and strategic insight based on data.

- Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications (Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of analytics & reporting tools and applications (Excel, Tableau, SQL or similar) is a critical skill for success
- Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
Other aspects that make the candidature a definite plus
- Working in Product organization or a related technology company
- Knowledge of the payments domain/Fin Tech Industry is an added advantage.
- Working with Leaders & Senior Executive to create strategic initiatives at an org / site level
- Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation will be a plus
