At Lilly, we unite caring with discovery to make life better for people around the world. We are a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our 35,000 employees around the world work to discover and bring life-changing medicines to those who need them, improve the understanding and management of disease, and give back to our communities through philanthropy and volunteerism. We give our best effort to our work, and we put people first. We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.
Lilly's dedication to excellence never ends. Our values of integrity, excellence and respect for people are embedded in all that we do. This is evidenced by the work the Laboratory for Experimental Medicine (LEM) group does to ensure the integrity and safety of our research efforts.
We are seeking a highly motivated associate scientist to join the Assay Development Team (ADT) within LEM. We are a diverse and dedicated team responsible for the development and optimization of novel assays, screening and neutralizing immunogenicity assays, and target-engagement biomarker assays. These assays support internal discovery efforts and clinical studies. In addition, the ADT supports the pre-clinical portfolio by contributing to the assessment of immunogenicity risk through the quantification of pre-existing reactivity. This role is a part of a multi-disciplinary group of scientists collaborating on the investigation of immunogenicity, a highly dynamic and important area of interest for the company.
