Senior Talent Advisor – Enterprise Analytics and Data Science (EADS)

Due to growth, our Enterprise Analytics team is expanding rapidly, and we are hiring a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join this amazing team. In this role you will get to:

Creatively leverage recruiting tools to identify active and passive candidates for critical roles; managing the full recruiting lifecycle

Proactively recruit for all levels of positions in the Enterprise Analytics and Data Science organization including e-commerce experts, data product roles, data analysts, and data scientists

Utilize strong executive presence to build relationships with the talented EADS leadership team to drive a successful partnership between Talent Acquisition and the business

Be a creative sourcer, with the ability to build long-term candidate relationships for current and future requisitions

Create amazing experiences for candidates and our hiring teams that attract the right talent to Petco and continue to make us an employer of choice

Your skills and experience:

5 – 7+ years of experience managing full cycle recruitment. Strong preference Data Science and Analytics

Experience working at a fast paced, high-growth company focusing your recruiting efforts on technical talent preferred, specifically supporting e-commerce

Proven experience working within a corporate environment developing deep understanding of the recruiting needs of a fast-growing business unit and establishing solid recruitment plans to meet those needs

A combination of agency and in-house recruitment experience is preferred

Ability to establish trust and credibility with stakeholders and influence talent decisions

Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building and consulting skills

Ability to source candidates with diverse backgrounds and experience
