Job Description
The primary function of the Specialist, Dealer Floor Plan Operations is selected activities in the loan/letter of credit booking, funding, payments and maintenance process for the defined lines of business, or executing specific related controls, utilizing the systems and processes defined by management.
Responsibilities:
- Executes commercial loan requests received from business areas supported by the department
- Executes transactions required by reports and incoming maintenance requests
- Files documentation accurately
- Identifies and resolves problems within established guidelines
- Performs dollar transactions, collateral setup and maintenance, and quality review
- Processes specific transactions involving booking and servicing commercial loans
- Bachelor's Degree; in Business or equivalent field, or equivalent work experience
- 0-3 years; Working knowledge in Company's documentation and banking operations
- Ability to adapt quickly and be a team player
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Solid communication, good organizational skills, and attention to details
- Solid knowledge/skills of Microsoft Office Suite and various bank systems
- Strong knowledge of the Syndicated and Commercial Loan products and markets
- Working knowledge in Commercial Banking
- Requires minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking
