Specialist, Dealer Floor Plan Operations, Reading, PA

Job Description

The primary function of the Specialist, Dealer Floor Plan Operations is selected activities in the loan/letter of credit booking, funding, payments and maintenance process for the defined lines of business, or executing specific related controls, utilizing the systems and processes defined by management.

Responsibilities:

• Executes commercial loan requests received from business areas supported by the department
• Executes transactions required by reports and incoming maintenance requests
• Files documentation accurately
• Identifies and resolves problems within established guidelines
• Performs dollar transactions, collateral setup and maintenance, and quality review
• Processes specific transactions involving booking and servicing commercial loans
• Bachelor's Degree; in Business or equivalent field, or equivalent work experience
• 0-3 years; Working knowledge in Company's documentation and banking operations
• Ability to adapt quickly and be a team player
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Solid communication, good organizational skills, and attention to details
• Solid knowledge/skills of Microsoft Office Suite and various bank systems
• Strong knowledge of the Syndicated and Commercial Loan products and markets
• Working knowledge in Commercial Banking
• Requires minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking
