Traditionally, women were given a choice between two options when it came to their bras and underwear: Be sexy, or be comfortable. Our Cofounders: Dave Spector, Heidi Zak, and Ra’el Cohen, thought that was outdated too — so, in 2013, they created ThirdLove — a third, better option, which doesn’t force us to choose between being sexy or comfortable.

What We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Director to scale the ThirdLove brand by developing engaging and breakthrough brand campaigns, product launches, and robust consumer experiences for ThirdLove’s target audiences that build brand awareness, interest, love and advocacy. You will be responsible for brand campaigns & media, integrated seasonal/product campaigns, social media and partnerships, and will partner closely with the Vice President, Brand Marketing & Communications to refine the overall brand strategy and differentiation. This position will help lead and accelerate growth and market share gain for Thirdlove, developing innovative strategies and go-to-market plans (brand, new launches, seasonal strategies) with executional excellence. In addition, the Brand Marketing Director’s responsibilities include owning and uncovering deep consumer insights to initiate breakthrough communications.
The ideal candidate is a compelling storyteller, a strong leader and a data-driven marketer, equally comfortable leveraging insights to drive decision-making as they are delivering creative feedback. This role will manage a small dynamic team of motivated direct reports.
