Job Description:
The Central Admin team is the newest function of the rapidly growing HelloFresh Field HR Team. This exciting function is designed to help streamline and improve all Administrative related tasks in order to have better data, smoother processes, more efficient payroll and much more.
As we continue to scale this new function, we’re hiring a Senior Associate to support the functionality of the Central Admin tools, systems and resources needed to deliver a stellar experience for our employees and Human Resources team members. You will handle the day-to-day management of our ticketing system and operational functions of the Central Admin team. You will serve as the main point of contact for the implementation and maintenance of the Central Admin systems, which includes our ticketing system. You will provide support to team members and serve as subject matter expert on all relevant systems pertaining to Central Admin. Your goal is to create and maintain an environment where our Admins can do their best work -- in an effective, professional, and safe environment. You will operate independently and ensure the smooth day-to-day execution of Admin processes, helping to improve and standardize procedures along the way. This position will report to the HR Manager of the Central Admin team.
You will ... - Partner with Central Admin and local HR teams for executing ticketing system logic to ensure accurate dissemination of end user requests regarding issues such as US payroll, benefits, People data reporting, new employee onboarding, and other HR operations activities. You will also be heavily involved in the implementation and rollout of the Central Admin/HR ticketing system.

- Champion Operations Excellence—Support the design, build, and measure of operational excellence with our People data and systems with an analytical mind focused on process, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Serve as a main technical point of contact for all Central Admin systems. Communicate any process/systems updates and changes to appropriate parties (local HR team, Central Admin, HR Leadership)
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert in ticketing system and build processes and SOP creation
- Strive for execution of a seamless employee experience, with an introduction of ticketing systems that will show no interruption to the end user—getting them full resolution to concerns, as quickly as possible.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years managing data and operational processes in a multi-site environment—HR/People Operations, payroll, financial reporting, 401k, etc.
- Technical aptitude with expert skills in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Microsoft
- Working knowledge of configuration and computer networking experience
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and high sense of urgency for critical timelines
- Ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into application functionality
- 1+ years Zendesk experience highly preferred, Customer Care or Help Desk system administrator experience a plus
- Zendesk Administrator Certification a plus or the ability to gain Zendesk Administration Certification within 12 months of start date
