Job Description

• Take responsibility: You will drive our business unit "Blue Industrialized Markets" in the course of product + design and introducing a user-centered design process
• Use your creativity and freedom: Your tasks will comprise the conception, development and conduction of product design services for internal project teams
• Observe, and think ahead: You will support cross-functional project teams in development of user-centric product concepts based on holistic user experience / human-centered design methodologies
• Structured observation & evaluation: Focus tasks include identification of unsolved user needs, transfer of user needs into design concepts (incl. rapid-, preto- and CAD prototyping) and translation of concepts into prototypes for a tangible experience
• Integrated implementation: You will be the interface to internal marketing and engineering functions: Support in transferring user needs and insights into concept designs (for marketing) and technical requirements (engineering)
• Experience cooperation: Drive exchange / Strong cooperation with the interdisciplinary User Experience team to foster an user-insight driven development of our product/ service concepts (Ambassador for user-centered innovation)

Qualifications

• Experience and Knowledge: Several years working experience in agency or equivalent corporate department with proven record of accomplishment. Experience in the field of CI design
• Personality: Strong ability to work in a team (empathy, responsibility and persuasiveness), self-organized working style, open, honest and collaborative approach
• Qualifications: Strong visualization & software skills, Adobe Creative Suite, CAD Skills (Creo preferred, Solidworks, Fusion 360 or Rhino).
• Skills: sketching (digital preferred), strong 3D modeling, 3D rendering
• Enthusiasm: Curiosity for new challenges, self-starter mentality to establish an user-centered working style within a corporate environment
• Communication: strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in German and English
• Education: University, FH or equivalent education with industrial, product focus
