We are excited to find the next Learning Program Manager to join our GoDaddy Learning and Talent team! Do you have a passion for driving employee learning at scale? This position will sit in the driver’s seat as one of our International Learning Program Managers. That means taking our leadership programming, our onboarding events, and our partner’s learning needs to audiences around the world. This role will ensure GoDaddy employees are growing no matter their level, region, or role. That means scale, thoughtful curation, and cross-functional teamwork are the name of the game. You’ll also be the face and voice for many of our leadership and onboarding programs.

What you'll get to do...

Strategic Thinking at Scale

• Work directly with executive stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, gap analysis, prioritisation, budgeting and timing discussions, resulting in recommended learning solutions
• Think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions and find new ways of doing things
• Execute on your strategy while bringing your partners along for the ride (Join Forces!)
• Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant details

Build Custom Learning Solutions

• Craft and develop engaging and innovative learning programs and experiences that result in improved business performance and engagement at GoDaddy
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, other learning colleagues, and external vendors to provide learning solutions that allow our employees to build and grow their capabilities
• Ensure the right learning programs are prioritized and built, that content and delivery is coordinated and lands with measurable impact (Build Value!)

Manage Impactful Programs

• Own learning programs from initial need assessment through to delivery and evaluation (inception to completion)
• Define project scope, manage milestones and results, identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and clearly communicate program status for multiple projects simultaneously
• Own relationships with partners, leaders, and SMEs across the business, including managing their expectations and communicating effectively throughout the lifecycle of a program
• Facilitate onboarding and leadership development sessions
• Mentor subject matter experts on course development and presentation delivery skills
• Identify business impact metrics for programs, gather data, measure success criteria, and present results to stakeholders
• Manage ongoing promotion and marketing of program offerings

Your experience should include...

• 5+ years with a Learning & Development team of a global company, ideally high-tech, with a combination of experience in program management, facilitation, and/or instructional design
• 2+ years' experience facilitating various topics to diverse and global audiences
• Crafting global learning programs at scale for all audiences
• Strong needs assessment skills and capacity to identify a variety of learning solutions to meet the business needs
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication across all levels of leadership
