Job Description

The Role:

In the Content Strategy Manager, you will lead the Content Team to ensure our internal and external Support is strategically developed and maintained, while ensuring a consistent brand voice. You will oversee our global Support content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive Member experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the Support content team’s design and maintenance of content that supports Peloton’s objectives and desired identity
  • Develop a web content strategy that encompasses Peloton’s goals and aligns with our image.
  • Use analytics and automation to monitor and drive Support content effectiveness over time.
  • Lead our International content teams to ensure engagement, alignment, and consistency across all regions and languages.
  • Schedule and manage all Membership content projects throughout the year.
  • Ensure the use of target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimised for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative.
  • Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of Peloton.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure our Support content created is accurate, engaging, easily accessible, and published in a timely manner.
  • Partner with other Peloton teams to ensure alignment across all Support operational documents including process, procedure, macros, training information, workflows and KB articles.
  • Develop/author content and partner with Peloton localisation vendors

Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communication, or journalism.
  • Multi language skills (German/French) advantage
  • Proven record of creating engaging content for specific audiences for at least 4 years.
  • Experience with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement.
  • Highly computer literate with an understanding of system architecture, data management, and integrations.
  • Advanced written communication skills and an ability to read copy in English.
  • Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills.
  • Able to adapt to changes and adhere to deadlines.
