Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting FP&A within our Government Segment, play a critical role by supporting the segment management team and senior leadership. Provide accurate, insightful, and well-formatted financial information for decision-making. Prepare, analyze, and report actual results against prior years & commitments. Your experience and understanding of KPIs related to awards, sales, profit, EBITDA, headcount, & inventory will enable you to provide meaningful time-sensitive data. Use your systems skills to develop, manage, and maintain business area and segment level reports through multiple systems. Working across our dynamic financial team, support monthly rolling forecasts and cost/profit analysis. Requirements

• 6+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting packages on a monthly/quarterly basis for senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive performance and be a change leader.
• Proven situational awareness and analytical insight to challenge, understand and validate data submissions from multiple customer sets.
• Experience in full profit & loss statement.
• Advanced systems experience with ERP, Financial Planning, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area.
• US Government position. US Citizenship

Preferences

• Experience with Hyperion and Oracle highly preferred
• Knowledge of CAS, FAR, and government contracting
