We need you! For our young and passionate team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a People Intern from February 2022 for 5-6 months . Working in the People & IT team you take a leading role in supporting the team with Talent Acquisition People Admin tasks, and Learning & Development projects.

You’ll be working on:

• Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with new talent for the vacant roles in our Amsterdam, Nieuwegein, and Bleiswijk offices;
• Supporting with Learning and Development initiatives - planning, organizing, scheduling and more
• Supporting with Onboarding to ensure our new joiners have the best first day as part of the FreshFam
• Brainstorming and proactively providing your opinion and feedback on optimizing our People processes around admin, Talent Acquisition and, Learning & Development.

Are you our perfect new colleague? You have recently completed or are enrolled at a University preferably following an HR/Organizational Psychology-related course. You are motivated to develop your skills in the People space and are inspired by who we are as HelloFresh. Within the internship, you'll get the chance to experience first hand various HR topics and we want to make sure you are up for that: enthusiasm is what we are looking for! You know how to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as hiring managers, candidates, or colleagues you are working closely together with. You are a pro-active person, who is not shy to share their opinions and ideas. You are organized, know how to prioritize (of course, we will help you with that) and know how to structure your workload. Last, but not least, you are fluent in English and Dutch is a plus.
