Analyst, Warranty Strategy and Operations

Peloton is seeking an Analyst, Warranty Strategy and Operations to join its Warranty team to provide insight on performance and effectiveness of Limited and Extended Warranty programs in driving conversion throughout the product purchase and ownership lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Director, Warranty Strategy & Operations, the Analyst, Warranty Strategy and Operations will be responsible for having a complete understanding of Warranty performance across all business lines and global locations, and creating reporting to measure and, monitor KPIs, and delivering insight-based recommendations to improve conversion rate and member experience. The Warranty team sits under the Membership organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze automated and manually generated metrics, compiling relevant findings and identifying areas for improvement. Ongoing metrics under management include:
    • Conversion Rate
    • Sales Data by Geography and Channel
    • Post Purchase Campaign Effectiveness
    • Customer Satisfaction and Warranty Claims Experience
    • Claim frequency and severity
  • Evaluate effectiveness and accuracy of existing metrics and recommend changes/enhancements where applicable.
  • Automate manual reporting process where possible
  • Report on effectiveness of A/B testing to drive strategic decision making
  • Partner with other team members to brainstorm and recommend data-backed optimizations and new ideas for enhancements with testing plans
  • Drive MBR/QBR business reporting with insights.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboard of warranty performance to effectively communicate the health of the business
  • Contribute to overall analysis of new feature stickiness and engagement
  • Collaborate with external partners to generate reporting that meets defined requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in sales and/or e-commerce data analysis
  • Proven experience adapting to highly ambiguous environments and ability to glean insights from disorganized data
  • Experience with SQL is required
  • Proven problem solving skills and ability to simplify and summarize complex data
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility & adaptability are key
  • Looker development experience a plus
