This position reports to the Finance Shared Services Manager, Accounts Payable.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers, analyzing and resolving discrepancies arising from invoicing or receiving issues, support invoice processing as needed, communicate professionally with other departments/management as well as with our vendors/suppliers. Successful candidates will maintain productivity levels, accuracy and provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will also be able to handle change and adapt to new processes, procedures and technologies. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Knowledge of AP function and processes
• Familiarity with financial systems and ERPs (Costpoint)
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficiency with numbers and strong attention to detail
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Organization and follow-through skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Able to articulate complex subject matter effectively
• Able to anticipate problems and respond accordingly
• Excellent entrepreneurial skills and ability to work independently
• Experience and familiarity with Oracle, Costpoint and OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
• Experience in Finance Shared Services environment
