Job Description

  • You facilitate the ART events and processes and support the teams in delivering continuous value.
  • You communicate with stakeholders, escalate obstacles, help with risk management and drive tireless and continuous improvements.
  • You are responsible for coordinating and consolidating team and program goals.
  • You create visibility and progress of product roadmap and feature progress. In addition, you take care of the system demo moderation.
  • You organize, facilitate, inspect and adapt events.
  • You coordinate product releases as well as monitor release and feature progress.
  • You remove obstacles that hinder the productivity of the trigger pull, as well as escalate and track the program obstacles and manage the conflicts.
  • You track and facilitate the identification and mitigation of product risks.
  • You protect the teams from external influences and promote an open, collaborative working atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Education: completed university degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) in business administration, computer science, engineering or a comparable subject
  • Personality: agile mindset and servant leader skills combined with strong communication and facilitating skills, open mindset grounded on curiosity, thrive and hands-on leadership, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Working Practice: ideally strong background and work experience in the application of the SAFe Framework, proven knowledge and experiences in working with agile methods like SAFe, LeSS or similar
  • Experience and Knowledge: education as Certified SSM (SAFEe Scrum Master), SAFe RTE or SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) preferred but not mandatory, ability to organize and lead (virtual) PI Planning events and solid presentation/moderation skills, knowledge with the IT-Tools JIRA (T&R), Miro, Confluence, MS 365 (especially teams and OneNote)
  • Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
