[Summary]

Will be responsible to lead Trulicity /Jardiance business in Korea focusing on Lilly Diabetes Portfolio. Trulicity /Jardiance own clear strength in the anti-diabetic medicine portfolio vs. competition and strive to lead the GLP1-RA / SGLT2i class growth.

Overall Job Purpose:

  • Deliver sales and SOM by implementing brand strategy via local marketing channels.
  • Channel Mix decisions
  • Key Player Segmentation
  • Local customer programs
  • Drive local medical, marketing, sales, and Corp Affairs partnership
  • Alliance/partner company management
  • Ensure affiliate leadership understand brand strategy post BC2
  • Local TL Management (with medical)

[Key Responsibilities]

1. Local Brand Planning

  • Update local brand plan based upon global strategy, local key players believes and attitudes and decide on marketing mix priorities
  • Drive action planning around BE and SFE (sales force effectiveness survey or VOC)
  • Decide on the different channel mix and best implementation for IPO (Individual Patient outcomes) programs building on their good understanding for customer insights and patient flow.
  • Ensure affiliate leadership understand brand strategy post-BCII
  • Support PRA manager in building brand reimbursement and access plan.

2. Selling Message Development & Implementation

  • Own selling message via message management model.
  • Regional campaigns transfer to Salesforce.
  • Own message retention and external recall.
  • Develop a local promotional material in case of local specific needs (should be minimum)

3. Customer program execution

  • Implement global programs& campaigns. Develop and manage local advocacy groups and congress. Manage local TLs relationships and activities. Manage local advisory board. Drive local medical, marketing, sales, and CA partnership. Ensure best implantation and structure for IPO programs Localize brand, disease, and other promotional websites consistent with branding guidelines.

4. Ensure Motivation Behind the Brand within Affiliate

  • Best Practice recognition and sharing within the affiliate. Provide timely answers and information to the sales force on brand performance. Ensure an appropriate incentive scheme in place for the brand. Implement and own global action plans related to brand issues and crisis management

[Qualification]

Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business or related discipline.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Good verbal and written English skills.

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years in relevant experience

  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles.
  • Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker and creative marketer.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
