We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. User Experience Designer to join our growing User Experience organization. This opportunity resides within our UX Studio for C.H. Robinson’s fastest-growing business, Global Forwarding. Your vision and expertise will help transform how we manage the global supply chain for millions of ocean and air shipments across international borders for customers and suppliers in every industry.

Responsibilities :

• Elevate and evolve C.H. Robinson products by following our human-centered design process to optimize usability and improve user productivity and satisfaction.
• Participate in design reviews by giving and gathering feedback from project team members and stakeholders, and continually develop your talent to raise the quality and craftsmanship of your work.
• Collaborate with product managers to establish a well-defined design brief based on identified and validated usability opportunities.
• Gather and synthesize insights from our experts, users, and usability metrics to inform design thinking—ensure the user journey is our guiding light.
• Create and present concepts and designs (e.g., flows, prototypes, high fidelity wireframes, and content) to broader audiences.
• Test solutions through iterative workflows and prototypes with users to reach validation.
• Support engineering by authoring design specifications, collaborating, and providing QA feedback to ensure implementation upholds our design principles that form intuitive, efficient, and delightful product experiences.

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of product design experience creating and delivering features for web or native applications in a human-centered design environment.
• 2+ years of agile experience in a multi-disciplinary product development team, including design, research, engineering, product and project management functions.
• Advanced understanding of web or native platform UI component libraries and accessibility standards (e.g., ADA, WCAG).
• Highly skilled in modern design and prototyping tools—Figma experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Passion for identifying and turning complex user problems into simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills for team environments requiring transparent and concise communication, effective listening, diverse perspectives, collaboration, time management, and self-management.
• Technical knowledge of front-end development for React web or iOS and Android platforms.
• A Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), behavioral science, information systems, or computer science.
