What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, issue resolution and communication.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting including DB analysis, integration debugging, reading system logs and debugging product code to identify and solve the most complex support issues.
- Serving as the gate between Support and RnD for any product-related question, escalation or need. Maintaining a low rate of non-bug escalations to the development teams.
- Serve as an internal ‘knowledge hub’ and focal point for the entire Professional Services organization. Includes leading technical forums and performing training sessions.
- Write technical notes and troubleshooting procedures to be used by the entire Support and Professional Services organization.
- Develop tools and automations that will be used by lower Support levels.
- Contribute to the product lifecycle and roadmap, by serving as an advocate for RnD and PM teams. Providing constant feedback on new and existing Products/Features
What are the skills a good T3 Product Support Engineer needs to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar technical support role vand/or 3+ years experience as a developer – MUST
- Proven experience with internet technologies including: Network architecture and terminology, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL database and Web servers
- Ability to understand Java on the code level
- Web debugging experience – devTools, Charles, performance investigations
- Strong ability to understand flows, performing in-depth analysis and providing creative technical solutions
- Strong capabilities of building organized processes and structured formal documentation
- Fluent English and excellent customer facing and communication skills (verbal and written)
- An independent, self-starter mindset, with a “can-do approach”
- Ability to comply with tight deadlines
- Self-learning, highly motivated team player
Nice to have:

- Experience in a multinational organization
- Experience working with mobile apps and IDE – iOS-Xcode, Android-Android studio (or equivalent)
- Experience working in the Web/mobile digital advertising industry
- Experience as a developer/QA in Web/SDK/Mobile fields
