The Partner Acquisition team is an established team responsible for the onboarding journey of our partners, and ensure that they can confidently use our platform and serve our customers effectively. We make an impact by sustaining the marketplace supply for various business groups.

Get to know the Role:

We are looking for a Partner Acquisition (Telesales Operations) Assistant Manager to oversee, execute acquisition strategy, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the projects.To do this role well, you should possess analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, on top of communication & interpersonal skills.

The day-to-day activities:

• Responsible for in-house & outsource telesales team to optimize our acquisition efforts
• Responsible for the execution of acquisition coverage plan, support the successful attainment of the departments strategic goals
• Responsible for managing the acquisition funnel and lead generation advertising via social media channel
• Responsible for working with the drivers and riders onboarding and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
• Develop, support & oversee the successful attainment of the departments strategic training goals;
• Be responsible for tracking and managing work delivery against Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) set for the team
• Work with various internal stakeholders across the various business verticals to determine acquisition needs for their respective partners;
• Present proposals and results, and provide regular progress updates to management
• Manage and execute other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department

The must haves:

• Min 5 years of working experience in a similar position
• Prior experience in managing Telesales teams
• Fluency in more than one language
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and analytical skills to develop reports and identify issues that may arise
• Possess strong technological background, Salesforce, Google suite, and the ability to organize data and reports
• Results oriented, self-motivated with high level of initiative and confident to engage customers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
• Ability to keep abreast of product knowledge through continuous learning
• Experience implementing and optimizing Facebook/Instagram Ads & Google Adwords campaigns
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools & social media platforms

This Data Protection Notice / Privacy Policy describes how GrabTaxi Holdings Pte Ltd (“Grab”) and its respective subsidiaries, associate companies and jointly controlled entities (“Grab Group”) uses your Personal Data.

When the Personal Data requested through this tool is mandatory, you must provide and agree to the processing of this Personal Data by Grab Group. However, if you do not provide Grab Group your Personal Data, Grab Group will not be able to process your Personal Data for the purposes outlined below and your application may be rejected.

The information provided by you in your employment application will be stored in the GRAB Candidate Application Database. The purposes for which Grab Group processes your Personal Data are as follows:

1. To verify your identity;
2. To assess and/or verify your suitability and employability;
3. To contact you in respect of your application;
4. To perform other related activities (including surveying and research activities to improve Grab's recruiting processes);
5. To consider you for future potential opportunities and may include a link to your public social media profile(s) which you have authorized Grab to access by applying with a social media widget/button.

Your information will be accessed by Grab’s internal recruiters, hiring managers, potential managers in the hiring organization and the associated technical and human resources supporting staff.
