As the Senior Manager/Director of Visier’s Business Development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining all lead and opportunity data as it applies to the team. You have extensive experience in enterprise software and calling into Fortune 1000 companies. You are an energetic ambassador for the company and know how to train and coach teams to not only evangelize and promote our solutions but also enable the teams to reach their full professional potential. You are rigorously numbers-driven, with a deep appreciation and understanding for the measurements that drive sales development success and the tools and techniques that maximize the productivity of the sales development function. This role will partner with revenue marketing, revenue operations, field enablement and field sales to effectively guide the team.
What you'll be doing...
- Build and execute a sales development strategy, provide leadership and insights, support corporate strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain all lead and opportunity data as it applies to the sales development team.
- Maintain a rigorous measurements and metrics program, seeking to continuously improve performance and productivity
- Partner with the revenue marketing, revenue operations, and field sales and enablement to effectively guide the team
- May be asked to perform other duties as required

What you'll bring to the table...
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in software, with a heavy emphasis on enterprise technology.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales development or inside sales, with at least 2 years at the management level.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience giving effective presentations to small and large groups. Experience working with Fortune 1000 customers.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts, including lead management process, prospect nurturing, customer lifecycle and sales development automation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage entry-level sales professionals and mentor them through their careers.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
