As Data Center Global Occupational Health Program Lead, you will provide Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) leadership in the management of a global EHS occupational health program to enable our teams to work safely and efficiently. You will engage with all levels of employees and leadership to identify and mitigate risk throughout the life cycle of a product from concept to operations.
You will work with key stakeholders in engineering, operations, construction, and EHS to implement a comprehensive strategy that allows leaders to continuously evaluate program risks and opportunities, and then develop work plans to execute on agreed objectives. You will also create goals around continually improving all aspects of the global Data Center occupational health program to ensure we are protecting people (ergonomics, fitness for work, well-being, physical therapy).
