About the Role

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator will partner with a team of system engineers, security engineers, support administrators and HRIS specialists at OpenTable, Kayak and other Booking Holdings Inc. Brands. The IAM Administrator will have a specific focus on the IAM processes and systems that provide Single Sign-on and Authentication/Authorization capabilities for users and applications at OpenTable & Kayak. OpenTable uses a suite of integrated tools, such as Okta, to support, supervise and lead identity lifecycle, access and governance at OpenTable, Kayak and other global brands. Prior experience with identity directories, SSO protocols and system administration is required. What You'll Do

  • Integrate various applications with enterprise IAM systems to enable Single Sign On using SAML, OpenID and other standards.
  • Integrate various IAM products like Okta and Saviynt Identity Administrator to HR systems, applications, identity stores and other access tools.
  • Provide sophisticated production support for IAM environments, fix and resolve system outages and authentication issues.
  • Maintain system lifecycle software updates.
  • Work with core infrastructure, network and security engineers to enable monitoring of production systems to ensure security, structural integrity and continuous availability.
  • Partner with HRIS teams, end user support teams and system administrators at OpenTable, Kayak and other Booking Holdings Brands to advance IAM strategies and tackle IAM related problems.
  • Meet with product manager(s), functional managers and leadership to develop and complete quarterly goals related to IAM strategy.
  • Analyze and document system requirements, provide estimates and implement functionality based on a delivery schedule and according to the agile methodology.
  • Build and maintain system documentation and technical SOPs.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience implementing and maintaining IAM products like Okta and Saviynt
  • Hands-on experience with Okta administration or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Administration or similar
  • Solid understanding of SAML, OpenID, OAth, LDAP, MS Active Directory
  • Experience with low code workflow builders and automation tools
  • Experience integrating to web service APIs
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills, resourcefulness, desire and ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication (both oral and written) abilities
  • Dedicated team player able to build consensus and negotiate
  • Ability to run simultaneous assignments and priorities

Stand Out Skills

  • Okta workforce identity certifications, such as Okta Certified Administrator
  • Knowledge of Workday and HR processes
  • Scripting experience in python, Golang or similar
  • Solid grasp of Puppet-based configuration management
  • Previous network experience
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging systems such as Graylog
  • Experience with IT security standard methodologies & tools
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile methodology
  • Experience running trouble tickets in Zendesk and issues in Jira
