We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to join our Growing Program.
• You will be a part of the Next Generation Geo (NGG) program delivering a new OPIR system for our customer.
• You will lead a team of 12-20 engineers through the design, develop, and test of a combined hardware/software solution for operational delivery.
The successful candidate will be a passionate leader, someone who loves a challenge and always rises to the occasion to ensure success of those around them. They embrace modern development practices and insist that others do as well. They will be a self-started leader in evangelizing new tools/processes and will be eager to introduce automation when necessary. They communicate well and enjoy working with other passionate engineers in a collaborative environment.
Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

• Experience managing/leading teams with site installations and software deliveries.
• OPIR Program experience
• Experience building and maintaining enduring internal and external customer relationships
Desired Skills:• Prior experience as LM L-coded manager
• DoD TS/SCI clearance highly desired
• Experience leading teams in SE, I&V, SW, HW development, installation and test
• Pertinent Operational experience desired
• Experience organizing teams for efficiency and productivity
• Proven track record of good judgement and programmatic execution necessary to meet technical requirements while balancing schedules and budget obligations
• Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral with senior level management and customers.
• EVM understanding with Agile Practices
• Agile software development experience desired
• Experience implementing Digital Transformation Initiatives (DevSecOps Environments, CI/CD Pipelines, Agile Development Practices, etc)
