This is an opportunity to join the RMS Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team supporting the Spectrum Convergence Cyber EW Portfolio that provides critical capabilities to our Customers at unprecedented speed. The position will have size and scope that offers high visibility and career growth opportunities while shaping the future of how we do business.
The successful candidate will lead the Financial Management function for the Cyber EW Portfolio with balanced focus between Earned Value Management (EVM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), New Business Acquisitions, and Strategic Investment in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, positively resolve issues, and network cross-Functional and Business Areas as you help Shape the Future in this dynamic environment.
Specific duties include (but not limited to):
- Lead EVM on Traditional / Non-Traditional Contract Types including baselines, metrics performance and data maintenance, Estimate At Complete (EAC) analysis, CDRL preparation, developing common processes to support IPTs, and training new financial analysts in EVM principles and tools
- Lead FP&A Analysis in support of Portfolio / Market Segment financial deliverables including Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR), Month End Close, Outlook, Contract Status Reviews (CSR), and Long Range Plan (LRP)
- Lead Cost & Pricing Strategy for Engineering Change (ECP) and New Business Proposals including Profitability, Cash Flow, Investment Strategies, and presentations to Senior Leadership Team(s)
- Partner with Portfolio Manager / PMO on International Expansion of Critical New Capabilities from Prototype through Production Lifecycle
This ideal candidate requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
Basic Qualifications:
- Program Finance (EVM, CDRLs, Invoicing, Funding / Budget Management)
- Financial Planning (Monthly Outlook, Annual LRP)
- Program Controls (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, CSR, Audits)
- Experience on large-scale competitive Cost Proposals
including BOEs and Financial Product requirements
- EVM experience and appropriate application of Program Performance Management (PPM) processes
- Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound, data-driven analysis
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with Cost systems (Cobra, SAP, ERP)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- US Citizenship
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience starting up / leading EVM on large scale Programs
- Prior experience leading FP&A functions on large scale Programs / Market Segments
- Prior experience leading Other Transaction Authorization (OTA) Proposals / Programs
- Prior experience with International Markets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
