ABOUT NEXT LEV:

Launch your career at Lev. Next Lev is a 10-12 week accelerated development experience focused on providing participants experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud consulting and preparing them for customer-facing, technically-focused roles at Lev. This posting is for our January 2022 cohort.

Throughout the program, you will learn how to be a consultant at Lev for our clients along with mastering technical such as SQL, HTML, and CSS; Marketing Cloud configurations and functionalities; fundamentals of consulting and project management; digital marketing; and data management and analysis.

Following completion of the Next Lev program, participants will be placed as an Associate Solution Architect and serve as the technical consultant responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, build work, and delivery of solutions and technologies to meet client requirements and business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

+ Develop foundational platform knowledge and related technical skills required to contribute value as a member of a project team.

+ Participate in consultative engagements including workshops with customers on technical and business goals and challenges.

+ Advise customers on the deployment or optimization of their Salesforce applications, which can include demonstration of key capabilities and features, project implementation guidance, deployment best practices, and answering questions on the latest Salesforce platform best practices.

+ Build and test solutions for most use cases, as designed by lead architects. Work with customers and internal team members to iterate through modifications and revisions.

+ Proactively search for ways to positively impact your clients’ success.

+ Quickly build confidence with customers through demonstrated platform expertise and intense focus on their success.

+ Use your business analysis skills to document comprehensive user stories, requirements, and conceptual and technical overviews of solutions.

+ Define detailed solutions based on customers' business needs taking into consideration their current environment and limitations.

+ Next Lev graduates will be expected to earn the appropriate Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.

+ Perform other duties as required and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ 2+ years of relevant experiences (internships included) in technology, digital marketing, email marketing, and/or SaaS consulting

+ Comfort and confidence in leading presentations with external clients. You have created and led several presentations in an academic or professional setting.

+ Demonstrated technical aptitude in experience coding, working with data, writing excel formulas etc.

+ Problem solving and analytical skills

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

+ Ability to travel to locations throughout the U.S. and Canada (up to 15% based on client needs) after company travel restrictions are lifted.

Preferred:

+ Previous experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, & Javascript

+ Self starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
