Why we need you

As HelloFreshGO's Senior Product Supply Manager you will join as the captain of our operational supply management team.

Our Product Supply team is in charge of forecasting the customer demand at our Smart Fridges, ordering the right amount of food products from our suppliers, and ensuring a smooth delivery to our hubs.

You will be working closely with the Head of Product Supply as well as operationally lead the supply team to assure that our customers always have delicious food available at their workplace. You will be in charge of operating our AI-enabled forecasting tools, make sure product supply processes run smoothly, integrate new suppliers, nurture existing supplier relationships, and put supply control and performance monitoring processes in place to continuously improve our supply performance.

By doing so, you will improve your communication and decision making skills, gain understanding of our best-in-class forecasting model and agile supply chain, become even more data-literate and grow together with HelloFreshGO’s fast and agile team.

It is your mission

• Drive high performance as part of an agile team
• Operate AI-enabled forecasting tools
• Assure smooth week over week product supply for our terminals
• Run the communication towards key internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and continuously improve operational processes with our suppliers
• Onboard and launch new suppliers to broaden our assortment
• Wear the captain’s ribbon of the supply team
• Assure continuity and correctness of product supply processes
• Own the weekly supply performance reporting
• Work closely with the Head of Product Supply on building state-of-the-art operations, co-create the development roadmap for our tech tools

What you need to shine

• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management/planning
• Understanding of the complexities of food supply chain is a huge plus)
• University degree in business, economics, supply chain management or related fields
• Comfortably handling multiple external and internal stakeholders
• Data literacy and reporting skills
• Very good knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
• Hands-on approach and can-do mindset
• Ability to swap between the hats of a pragmatic and fast problem solver and a careful planner
• Confidence in leading teams to excellence
• Fluency in leading negotiations in both German and English
