The Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team manages end-to-end management of Google’s Extended Workforce. The xWS team is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations across our contingent workforce. Our team makes it easy for Google managers to engage with the extended workforce, provide training, and develop standards and guidelines to minimize Google’s risk by leveraging data and insights to assist with planning and strategy for engagements. We provide processes, tools, and know-how to support Googlers through the lifecycle of extended workforce engagements, so our businesses can make informed decisions to put the right talent in the right locations.
In this role, you will lead the regional xWS India team to advise Google's regional leadership in optimizing and maturing their extended workforce while minimizing risk to Google. The team is responsible for enabling and advancing Google’s vendor operations by advising on and supporting strategy, transitions, and setting up operations.
You will ensure that all stakeholders know the risks inherent in your regions and will be responsible for delivering on effective vendor facility infrastructure to meet demand. You will work with product and functional team stakeholders to identify systemic risks and drive programmatic change across the regions.
