BlackRock Solutions (BRS) is uniquely positioned to address the industry’s risk management, portfolio construction and financial technology demands. The various business departments within BRS are focused on providing clients with highly scalable portfolio analytics & risk management, liability-

driven investing & pension solutions, and regulatory advice & balance sheet strategy. BRS offers clients customized solutions powered by Aladdin, BlackRock’s proprietary risk management system.

The Aladdin Wealth team within BRS is bringing the same risk capabilities used by BlackRock's investment teams and sophisticated institutional clients worldwide to the wealth management industry and retail investors, equipping clients with model construction capabilities, risk monitoring tools, and portfolio construction & analytics. Aladdin Wealth partners with clients to help them lead

their enterprise risk, building better portfolios, improving their value proposition, and institutionalizing their investment process.

Position Description:

The Vice President will join the Aladdin Wealth Enterprise team and will be an integral part of the team and take responsibility for servicing our clients across a range of activities including analytics support, product management, and implementation of Aladdin capabilities. Additionally, the person will undertake required management responsibilities required to smoothly function the broader India team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop into a senior consultant role working at the intersection of product, client and engagement and adoption functions to foster a client focused process
• Effectively engage and partner with other teams at BlackRock to support the Aladdin Wealth platform and client delivery
• Lead delivery of client analytics and product implementation with thorough understanding of client’s business requirements
• Develop an understanding of client implementation processes from prospecting to go-live stage and provide regular support and servicing post-implementation
• Engage with Aladdin Wealth Business Development teams as required to deliver on prospect demos and PoCs
• Manage day-to-day functioning of the India Client Delivery and Execution team including people management and process management
• Collaborate with global managers and project teams on overall project execution, content creation and documentation of our product offerings

Skills/ Requirements:

➢ 7 - 10 years of work experience in a client / product related role

➢ Graduation / Post Graduation from a top university

➢ A passion for financial markets and technology

➢ Minimum 3 years of team / people management experience

• Good Spoken and Written Communication skills, should be able to converse freely with global counterparts and clients
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and an ability to identify problems,
• design, and articulate solutions, and implement change
• Deliver high level of service through responsiveness and accuracy & has an eye for detail
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with changing priorities
• Enjoys a dynamic and high-intensity start-up like environment
• Work with teams in multi-office, multi-country environment across several time zones
• Project Management, Stakeholder Management and People management skill
