Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with coding languages such as Python, C++ or Java.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems/commands.
  • Ability to adapt messaging to the technical level of the audience and be comfortable presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background.
  • Data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.

gTech’s Professional Services team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.

In strong collaboration with our Sales colleagues, the gTech Professional Services Publishers team works with publishers in the region across news editors, eCommerce sites, broadcasters and mobile app creators. We help them improve their monetization with Google by implementing and integrating Google’s products as well as increasingly investing in broader, cross-functional, technical relationships with them to work towards impactful solutions for their business challenges through Joint Technical Plans (JTPs).

Our team is close to the business, understands and qualifies business needs, defines functional requirements and works in the development and deployment of technical solutions in the space of advertising, automation, data integration along with technical workshops for clients and partners.

You have a passion for managing relationships, cultivating positive, long-term partnerships, specifically cross-functionally and with our clients to provide Google-caliber client service. You have a high technical aptitude and in-depth industry knowledge to persistently explore and uncover technical solutions to complex business scenarios. You'll represent the customer to Product Management and Engineering teams in order to make ongoing improvements to our tools and products. You'll work on multiple projects concurrently, either independently, in small teams or also coordinating cross-functional teams in Google. You will develop and grow the clients’ business, and ensure success through our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers and partners in their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with our Sales team to identify, develop, and optimize new business opportunities and develop client relationships by leveraging Google products and technologies.
  • Develop cutting-edge solutions by providing consulting services to our partners. Build lasting relationships and be sensitive to client needs.
  • Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from Engineers to Marketing professionals.
