Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience implementing vendor software/building supply chain applications through full system cycles.
• Experience managing managers.
• Experience implementing supply chain solutions using SAP technologies and other industry software.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS.
• Experience designing, configuring, and testing SAP modules (MM, PP, PS, MDG, PI/PO) using SAP S4/HANA.
• Detailed knowledge of supply chain processes, with a systems background related to supply chain and relational databases.
• Track record in implementing ERP transformation projects and working on cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrable bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in one or multiple critical portfolio areas; setting vision, strategy, and objectives.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in providing insight to the business domain on scalable solutions aligned to strategy and architecture.
• Lead systems application landscape and architecture of innovative solutions to automate and scale business systems.
• Organize and manage project teams to drive predictable delivery. Integrate third-party products into an ERP system.
• Lead teams that participate in end to end system implementation of transformative initiatives and projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution).
