Job Description

The Regulatory Content Implementation Specialist will become part of a global team dedicated to the provision of globally compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to Verisk 3E customers. At the heart of the Subscription, the Authoring solution is a commitment to regulatory compliance based on effective and highly automated authoring processes. The core of this automation is our reliance on Verisk 3E EHS Regulatory Content (ERC); we are able to generate compliant SDSs almost instantaneously with just a few pieces of data from our customers. The Regulatory Content Implementation Specialist will contribute to this vision by functioning as part of a team dedicated to keeping our SAP EHS-based SDS authoring system compliant, efficient and current.

Responsibilities include:

Leadership

• Support and contribute to company vision.
• Lead and collaborate in efforts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive working environment.
• Manage short term planning and assist with long term strategic planning.

Production

• Responsible for working with others in Delivered Services and the Content Team to ensure that Verisk 3E content product data are successfully delivered and integrated within 3E ERD and/or customer’s SAP EH&S systems. This includes off- and on-site participation in projects, as well as leading content update projects.
• Contribute to the entire content update process with all gates, tests, and quality steps.
• Support the analysis of upcoming content updates, prepare outcomes for internal and external communication, and provide related communications to all stakeholder.
• Support the delivery of content and authoring results into the SAP systems of our customers.
• Provide feedback on the development of new and existing products and services, as well as support the owners of existing products.
• Support the content update process activities that may also take place in other internal authoring systems such as 3E Generate by answering questions and providing guidance based on well-established processes.
• Manage/address customer support questions related to Verisk 3E content products.
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• MS in Chemical Sciences, Computer Sciences, Environmental Management, Regulatory Compliance or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of product safety and compliance experience.
• Good understanding of SAP; preferably in-depth experience with SAP’s EH&S data model & system.
• Good understanding of Verisk 3E content and authoring products and services.
• Ability to work as a member of multi-disciplinary teams on internal or customer content update projects located on various continents.
• Ability to implement projects involving multiple disciplines from initiation to successful completion.
• Ability to define and adapt implementation methodologies according to business requirements and changing technologies.
• Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally in English. Additional language capabilities preferred, but not required.
• Ability to act as leader in meetings with clients and staff.
