Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help our Scaled customers transform the way they hire!

Our Customer Success Managers mentor customers on Greenhouse best practices to achieve their hiring goals. For our Scaled customers, this is done through a team approach, where CSM’s run regular programming (e.g. office hours and training sessions) as well as handle customer inquiries via email related to product strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Provide strategic guidance alongside your teammates to our customers in either Pacific/Mountain or Eastern/Central time zones by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and methodologies, ensuring customer happiness and engagement
  • Facilitate and lead group customer training sessions via video on a regular basis
  • Serve as a trusted partner, advocating internally for customer needs and feature requests to Greenhouse’s internal Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Work closely with our Expansions team to ensure our customers continue long-term partnerships with Greenhouse
  • Collaborate with high-profile and fast-growing companies to revolutionize their hiring processes

You should have

  • Hands-on customer-facing experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle opposing priorities

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The ranges added below are for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $60,000 to $77,000.
