What will you be doing as a Sales Operations Specialist in Mobiquity?
The Sales Operations Specialist will (help) manage the proposal process with the relevant service/product/business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process together with sales and delivery (not responsible for content) together with the Sales Operations Manager.
The Sales Operations Specialist is typically responsible for managing the opportunity process and supporting Sales and Delivery with operation (contract) topics between Mobiquity and Clients and/or partners.
Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes.
What does it take to excel in this role?

  • 3+ years of work experience in sales
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Experience in project/resource contract renewals/extensions
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Outstanding communication skills (English)
  • A real team player
  • Knowledge to set up a Statement of Work (project contracts) together with sales and delivery
  • Experience working in a PMO role or similar
  • Some understanding of Digital Transformation and/or digital consultancy
