Job Description

What You Will Do: You will research, resolve, and ensure quality on compensation payments to ensure that the payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.

You will be working with a team of ambitious and engaged professionals who bring fresh ideas and diverse perspectives to help us continually shake up the status quo and stay on the forefront of reinventing how we meet our business partner’s needs.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Resolves issues relating to out of balances due to commission errors, commission adjustments. General ledger discrepancies oftentimes requiring analysis of the situation and problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Conducts quality reviews and monitoring, which includes examining facts or results for accuracy, completeness.
  • Assists with SOX, Internal and External Audit requests. Interacts with the various auditing and control activities.
  • Communicates directly and indirectly with Business Partners to manage expectations and resolve issues regarding compensation.
  • Performs operational adjustments within the various Compensation systems. This includes adjustments such assignments, levies, garnishments, and policy adjustments.
  • Collects, organizes, interprets and summarizes data of various types (financial, contractual, etc.) into usable reports and or into the proper format for analysis for management.

What You Need:

  • College Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Basic working knowledge of Word/Excel – ability to learn other PC applications.- Strong math and problem solving aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization internal and external.
  • Strong communication skills-verbal and written.
  • Proven organizational abilities.
  • Ability and initiative to perform with moderate supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Related commissions experience.
  • LOMA 1 & 2 preferred.
  • Knowledge of Department operations, systems, processes and their relation to other Company processes and systems.
  • Effective network/working relationships to facilitate and resolve political issues that prevent. forward movement of implementation efforts.
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to other employees and/or external customers.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
