The key focus of this role is to define, as well as implement the vision and strategy for learning enablement across the market - positioning North America for quality growth and operational excellence. You will effectively translate global and market strategies into functional learning pathways and actions across the sales functions. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic leadership by helping to shaping future learning capabilities, incorporating certification, tracking, and reporting to measure engagement.

To perform this job successfully an individual must be highly organized, detailed focused, and a Salesforce expert. Working knowledge and/or possessing a functional understanding of ERP platforms (such as SAP), and PSA to support the Transformation Office Management Team are ideal.

For this position, you will reside in or within commuting distance to Alpharetta, GA, Cambridge, MA, or Nashville, TN. Sponsorship and relocation benefits are not offered for this position.

You are responsible for

  • Defining and executing the vision for the Philips North America myTrailhead platform
  • Managing a small team responsible for implementing vision across functional areas
  • Develop a structure to enable employees to learn what they need to be successful in their jobs
  • Work together with SME and BPE to create and review myTrailhead content. Collaborating to develop and execute trails, modules, quizzes, and metadata. Produce the text, manage images, format, and style the content.
  • Oversee version control system (VCS) to keep the content up to date in a version-control system, downloading, and archiving content.
  • Review content before publication to ensure consistency of style, voice, tone
  • Manage the planning, creation, and deployment of releases making myTrailhead content available to everyone. Also, monitor the health of each release, and troubleshoot to correct errors that block publication.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, values impact over effort and is motivated to drive performance
  • Define, maintain, develop, and safeguard relevant processes and KPIs according to standard architecture as part of the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF)
  • Provide documentation, training material and training of staff on new polices, process and procedures
  • Identify and assess future changes or process improvements to automated reporting landscape
  • Work with back-office IT team to resolve system issues

You are part of

Consists of members of the North America Commercial Operations Health Systems, Transformation team. For this position, you will report into the Salesforce, Business Process Expert Leader.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • 7+ years of the overall business, operations, technology, and learning enablement experience/ skills, including leadership and management experience comprised of the following:
  • Master's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce, required
  • Strong background in Healthcare business with an understanding of customer (hospital systems) and their needs
  • Demonstrated experience developing and influencing business/technology strategies around learning and enablement
  • People leadership skills; development of team strategy and individual development/career planning and coaching
  • Change leadership skills; setting a compelling vision, inspiring, and motivating through change
  • Project/program manager managing complex projects impacting multiple business units and/or leading cross functional business and technical teams
  • Translate complex/abstract ideas into actionable strategies and leading/influencing to execute and implement
  • Demonstrated track record in setting challenging goals, motivating teams to meet/exceed targets with proven with continuous improvement expertise
  • Working knowledge/experience with Salesforce.com and myTrailhead architecture and implementation
  • Consultative influencer; supported by excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Leadership in a complex/matrix environment; ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, build consensus and to work through others in achieving goals and objectives
  • Structured, organized and stress resilient personality; able to quickly understand the issues and bring together the necessary resources to resolve them
  • Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned tasks, roles, and responsibilities
  • Pragmatic business acumen, understanding the value of standard work and practical solutions
