Job Description

Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in the United States for the duration of the internship program. Individuals applying for this position will not be eligible for immigration sponsorship. Please note that applications for this program will be considered for multiple functions and locations across the United States. Timeline

  • Applications: Please apply before November 16th, 2021.
  • Interviews: December 2021 - April 2022.
  • Internship: 12 weeks starting between May and June 2022.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently in your penultimate year of a full-time MBA program.
  • Ability to complete a full-time consecutive 12 week program beginning in May or June 2022.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Interest in the technology industry and Google’s business.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and independent motivation.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.

About the job

Our MBA Internship Program is a paid internship that will immerse you into the tech industry on a high-impact team. You’ll enhance your skill set, be challenged with rigorous work, grow your network and drive meaningful change in our business.

Outside of your core work, you will participate in a high-touch program that exposes you to Google’s business operations, connects you with interns and Googlers, and invests in your personal and professional development. You may pick up a new technical skill, while also building a relationship with a 1:1 mentor and hearing from company leadership through an exclusive speaker series.

Interns will be considered for potential full-time opportunities in their host organizations based on their internship performance.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $77,000 + benefits.
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
